I predicted Green Book forever ago. BP is an action movie and a sci-fi movie, two categories the academy hates to give non-technical awards to.

All BP had going for it was the race angle, which is canceled out by Green Book’s race angle. Plus Green Book is a biodrama, which is catnip for the Oscars.

Anybody who unironically thought BP deserved best picture is a spoiled woke child.

Heck if you even come at the screenwriting without an anti sci-fi action bias, it’s still not even the best Marvel movie.
