Sorry if I didn’t make my point clear enough. If you scroll down you can see that I said that my views didn’t radically change. I’m still leftist. What I did recognize is that capitalism, while it isn’t the perfect system, is not the worst thing ever. I’ve become realistic and realize the socialist utopia that everyone raves about probably won’t happen in America in my lifetime. When I say I almost became a “chapo” it means that I almost become a subscriber to a subreddit that’s been muddied by liberal idpol. It doesn’t mean that I became an ultra capitalist in the span of a few months. I still and will probably always in some way be a socialist. I never unsubscribed from that ideology completely.
As to your point of me being a failson I’m in a pretty good college Rn with a good gpa and decent prospects. Unfortunately I’m mayo so I might as well put the gun in my mouth and pull the trigger.
