whenever someone is clearly doing a troll post you will get one of the mods or just some jackass saying "LMAO THIS IS BAIT!! HA HA HA" like they are in on the joke.
imagine you are watching a movie and some asshole yells out spoilers. it ruins the total performance. just shut the fuck up, like a good retard, and enjoy the show. dont be such an idiot and scream like you and the writers are on the same level because you are not. it is art.
i have literally seen countless posts where bait is ruined because some faggot points out it is bait so they can feel internet savvy. i am actually very angry.
Well, Mayor Pete would likely be unrequited. Is Booker still in? I think he's attractive, but he's probably not in for much longer unless something changed in the past week.
The media shows what people are interested in. He was a media darling in his Senate race. Because he was making news. He wasn't able to make news this time around. It's not the media's fault.
Well, ok. There is probably a reddit for that, but the media was totally prepared to get excited about him on a national level. It just didn't happen, so they moved on.
Beto's Spanish accent is terrible, Harris just roboticly copied someone behind the camera. Her video doesn't even come up if you google Harris ASL so I can't tell what of the twos were worse as someone who speaks both.
I canβt believe how quickly he went from literally who, to Democrat star, to somebody everyone forgot was running for president. Burgers are really do have short attention spans.
I mean I will give the dude credit, he was clearly doing something right during his senate run, something major was lost in his presidential run though.
Probably. Not all gun owners are rightwing (although a lot of passionate collectors tend to be). People may have a gun because they live in a shitty neighborhood, or because hunting is a family tradition. It's best not to spook them.
Yeah. I mean, on paper, I agree with him that we probably shouldn't all be able to own such deadly weapons but he still went about it in the wrong way for a guy trying to run for president.
Texas would be totally capable of going blue considering the massive influx of blue voters to our population centers, not to mention that Cruz himself is considered a fairly unlikable republican. If he had been an amiable enough person instead of being incredibly weird and radically fixated he could have swayed red voters.
Interesting pov. Cruz was considered the least likeable republican until National Review decided he was the best of bad options that had a shot with red voters (who weren't responding to anyone they would have liked to back).
A friend of mine was telling me she thinks taking a hard line with guns is probably hurting some candidates with black voters. It's hardly a comprehensive study, but she has a lot of older relatives who own guns because their formerly middle class, low crime black neighborhood has changed for the worse. Anyway, she said they generally support Democrats until one goes after the guns too hard. "Only the bad guys would have the guns" would be a reality to them (unlike half the people who make that argument), so it makes sense.
This is also based on hearsay from a single source, so you shouldn't take this as gospel.
Nah its true. I know a lot of independents who have guns. They believe in gun control, but once ya start talking about banning; you won't get their vote no matter who the other candidate is.
I can never decide whether I should self-ID as a Dem or not. There are a lot of popular opinions I disagree with, but I'm always going to vote against anything that even hints at a theocracy. A weapon for home protection or for law-abiding hunters should not be taken away, imo. Killing deer makes me sad (thanks, Bambi), but responsible hunters are important for maintaining healthy wildlife populations. It's more humane than the way we usually get meat on our plate.
At the same time, people don't need the kind of weapons that keep showing up in mass shootings. People killed game and intruders for hundreds of years before going bonkers at high schools and movie premieres was a thing.
His campaign was already on life support at that point. He would have been gone last month if the shooting hadn't happened. Maybe it poisened the well for any future political ambitions but it certainly isn't the reason he dropped.
Ya, he wasn't doing well but the gun statement was the final little bit. He really should have just ran for senate then waiting 8 years for a pres run.
If the candidate is Warren or Mayor Pete, I agree. I know this sounds cynical, but Biden or Sanders would probably have to go for a woman and/or POC as a running mate. I predict Harris would be the first choice for either, although I don't know whether she'd go for it or not. She would be a solid choice beyond just "representation," though.
I blame the 90s Spider Man cartoon. Tried going back as an adult and watching it again. No scene lasts longer than 5 seconds without a camera or scene cut.
I think his only thing was that he wanted to confiscate guns and that riled up the NRA Boomers and excited the dilating trannies for a bit. It didn't last very long.
Yeah, I know that all politicians are trying to tell me what they think I want to hear, but with some of them like Beto it just feels like there's nothing else there.
I'm pretty sure Trump doesn't either. Bernie definitely does. Remember the little bird that landed on his podium? If I learned nothing else from Disney movies, the wildlife only approaches the pure of heart. *only *a *little */s
Hillary probably has one, despite all that baby eating.

Tulsi has no reason to drop out now. She's burned all her bridges with the national Democratic Party, so she might as well keep going as long as she's getting attention.
I guess she might have some supporters on the same basis that I will 100% vote for Weld if given the option (you don't have to be registered with a party to vote in my state, so a lot of people vote in both primaries - it's about the only thing I don't hate about my state).
Yang isn't going to drop out anytime soon. He's small right now but he's growing in stature and attention and just hit his fundraising goal for TV ads in early voting states.
He's kinda pulling a Bern, in that he's managing to build a base without a lot of media attention. It's interesting to watch. Mayor Pete gets more attention, but he's another one who is out-performing predictions.
Beto was last reported seen on the corner of a busy El Paso intersection, offering strangers to stand on their counters in exchange for $5 or a pack of cigarettes.
This is going to be unpopular, but I think the bare minimum should be holding an elected position at the state level. It's not just about Trump. President Oprah was also a stupid idea.
