Oh I've only lapsed into depression from not exercising, working, or seeing the people I care about in 3 months. Bills are piling up, unemployment insurance is gonna run out, and my mind is slowly deteriorating from the stress of wondering what the hell I'm gonna do.

For people who claim solidarity with the working man they don't seem to get that not everybody can work from home, nor do they seem to get that being locked inside for months isn't good for you mentally or physically? I assume these people are the same ones in my NextDoor that say they've never left their house. Husbands have middle management jobs that they can do at home so no income loss. They've never had a responsibility in their life except wiping kids asses, and their life has been all about bragging to their neighbors about their kids' grades. All these women in my neighborhood though are stuck with husbands cheating on them so I imagine their husbands are out and about.

The gyms are all closed. I had been going for months previous to this to lift. What's depressing is losing all the gains I've worked so hard for. Pushups don't give a good enough workout anymore, and haven't for some time

I did for years when I was powerlifting and it's stupid. Just get fit and stay fit. I look and feel way better now that I train in diverse ways besides just weights and running/biking. You can also find heavy things around the house if you don't have dumbells and use them to do lifts. You just have to make sure your grips are safe, keep a tight core, and don't let your lower back round.
Stay home...get a 24-pack, play some online poker, play some PS4/Xbox....anything but helping to facilitate the spread.
