By the way, I would like all hospitals to have bidet-attachments (look it up on Amazon and YT) so that cleaning the crack and colon (through enema-washing) is far easier and more hygienic than before, and makes using the toilet easier, especially for people who are too big to wipe, and who know that it's cleaner than just wiping. In my first job as an acute care therapy tech I saw a 500lb woman slide off an ICU bed like an avalanche of flesh snapping the physical therapist’s back who was trying to stop her like a fucking twig... she had to retire from being a physical therapist because of that. It took three people (including my big ass) to just to get her safely into a lift sling to get her on a gurney.

If 5-8 people are turning you, then there are other patients on that floor who have no care giver.

I don't love this point. Every living person deserves competent and caring health care regardless of their size.

If it takes an extra nurse to deliver my baby, should I consider myself depriving another person giving birth of that nurse? If I need more anaesthetic because of my pain tolerance am I stealing it from someone else? If I use a wheelchair after a sports injury, is that a waste of a wheelchair because of my love of a risky sport?

It may be useful for people to consider the medical implications of their size. It's also absolutely a hospital's responsibility to adequately staff.

Comparing a couple extra hospital supplies or an extra nurse to 5-8 additional people to do something normal people don’t even need done, delusional
