It may have been deleted but I remember it was something like an autist spent all of his money travelled to Japan for a month or two, thought that women would be all over him and he would be instantly loved/accepted due to his love of their culture. He then ended up not wanting to leave his accommodation and was depressed trying to find a way home or something like that. He basically threw his own pity party on an advice sub and got repeatedly dunked on. Must have been 4/5 years ago.
