Do you know how much I hate this fucking board? How fucking awful it is? How awful the quality of poster that it brings up? What the fuck is wrong with you people. The SRD board, specifically created to be a fucking zoo for the worst posters on Reddit, has straightened out to a pretty nice place with a lolcow who consistently puts out videos that make you go "wtf?" in a not-too-serious, not-too-emotionally-involved way. As a result, the fucking SRD board is now more popular than the Drama board.
Wonder if someone from the girl’s family or friends the younger one was going to be on trial for killing or the two people he caused great bodily injury too or their families or friends killed him. Old lady could have just got in the way.
On a second read:
The lawsuit names a restaurant, and several individuals who they claim all played a role in providing alcohol to the minors on the boat. Three generations of Paul Murdaugh’s relatives are among those listed in that lawsuit.
Old lady may have not been an accident either if she contributed and it was about the boat killing and injury stuff.
My thought is the kid was cased. Killer saw the car leave. Showed up to shake down kid only. Mom was in the way and something went wrong so killer killed. Or it was premeditated to kill just the boy. There are rumors that the boy was beaten bad as well. Maybe the boy came home after a scuffle and things escalated.
The whole thing reads like its making an innuendo of who committed the murders and why. Even makes a point of how close the Murdaugh family is with the courts, ie there was never going to be justice.
Generations of them basically being of the county solicitor which in rural SC areas can handle multiple counties cases as they are the county/city lawyer for multiple places. Separate dominating private practice.
As someone who grew up in SC mostly and is familiar with LE and the courts there in different areas, I’d say it may actually have been hard to get true trial and sentence like other people would have and not just a good ol boy network of “we charged him but gave him the lightest plea and charge reduction possible”.
Would be far from the far from the first time being rich and connected like his family is have a kid commit an actual crime resulting in death that basically got right above a walk.
The Beach family extends its deepest and warmest sympathies to the Murdaugh family during this terrible time. Having suffered the devastating loss of our daughter, the family prays that the Murdaughs can find some level of peace from this tragic loss.
They killed them in revenge having exhausted legal means and they are rubbing it in LMAO
