It's why he's been economically more progressive as well, because a lot of that progressive economic stuff is popular even among suburban voters.
tbf Trump was a pretty bad candidate in 2020 and I think Tulsi, Klobuchar and Bloomberg could have probably beaten him. Sanders would have been 50/50 but it would have been a lot closer
