I think this verse really shows how beautiful it was that David turned to God when his family foresook (?) him. Instead of losing his faith, his hard times brought him closer to God. Sometimes it's hard to remember God wants us to lean on Him when we need Him. He's codependent like that.
1. Disrespect towards God and the Church is not allowed here.
2. We honor the dignity of life from the womb to the tomb.
3. Debate about Scripture, tradition, politics, etc. are allowed when they do not directly contradict rule 1 (controversial history is an open topic when people are respectful).
4. Trolling, coomerisms, and poorly attempted humor may receive the mop at the discretion of those in charge.

Not r-slurred enough to be an atheist. Or it's possible that this is a midwit situation where I'm on the r-slurred end of the spectrum agreeing with people on the not r-slurred end of the spectrum
