Therapy notes are clogging up actually important info. I don't need the twice daily notes of therapy for the past 6 months that are near identical. I literally just want oncology notes that are weeks apart. I'm technically a traveling oncologist willing to give assistance, I don't know the patients nor do I actually care about them.

Agreed to work to drive down to to a sister hospital Monday. Drunk me was like ‘yeah sure whatever' and now that I've become more drunk I heavily regret this. Not sure why I was assigned these patients since they're both previous pediatric cases. One is acute leukemia and the other is prior hx of neuroblastoma and both are only 26/27. Neuroblastoma will hate me for ordering bilateral BMBx with pede onc and acute leukemia will just be mad that I'm going to just see him and likely push for a pede onc consult.
