Veruca Salt - Seether - 1994 :marseyseethe:

:#marseyseethe:

Seether is neither loose nor tight
Seether is neither black nor white
I try to keep her on a short leash
I try to calm her down
I try to ram her into the ground, yeah

Can't fight the seether
Can't fight the seether
Can't fight the seether
I can't see her till I'm foaming at the mouth

Seether is neither big nor small

Seether is the center of it all

I try to rock her in my cradle

I try to knock her out

I try to cram her back in my mouth, yeah

Can't fight the seether (seether)

Can't fight the seether (seether)

Can't fight the seether

I can't see her till I'm foaming at the mouth

Keep her down, boiling water

Keep her down, what a lovely daughter

Oh she is not born like other girls

But I know how to conceive her

Oh she may not look like other girls

But she's a snarl tooth seether, seether

Can't fight the seether

Can't fight the seether

Can't fight the seether

I can't see her till I'm foaming at the mouth

Can't fight the seether (seether)

Can't fight the seether (seether)

Can't fight the seether

I can't see her till I'm foaming at the mouth

Yeah

Taylor swift released a new song last night!

I like it but I don't think it's one of her greatest hits. I've also never seen the movie though and she was probably trying to match the tone of a scene.

Upmingus if this is LITERALLY you

Now this is really this chinoiserie. Last year, we, about this time, we premiered a new suite titled The Afro-Eurasian Eclipse. And of course the title was inspired by a statement made by a Mr. Marshall McLuhan of the University of Toronto. Mr. McLuhan says that the whole world is going oriental and that no one will be able to retain his or her identity, not even the orientals. And of course, we travel around the world, a lot, and in the last five or six years we too have noticed this thing to be true. So as a result, we have done a sort of a thing, a parallel or something, and we’d like to play a little piece of it for you.

In this particular segment, ladies and gentlemen, we have adjusted our perspective to that of the kangaroo and the didgeridoo. This automatically throws us either down under and/or out back, and from that point of view it’s most improbable that anyone will ever know exactly who is enjoying the shadow of whom.

Harold Ashby has been inducted into the responsibility and the obligation of possibly scraping off a tiny bit of the charisma of his chinoiserie, immediately after our piano player has completed his rikki-tikki.

The album for Pearl Jam's 1992 performance on MTV Unplugged released in late 2020! At the time, it gave me enough of a live music experience that I temporarily didn't feel like blowing my brains out during lockdown. :#marseycontemplatesuicide:

Here's the video of the performance:

I think the audio in the video's scuffed compared to the album release. If you want the album audio to sync with the video, start the video ~0:06.

Eddie Vedder looking pretty good here :marseybooba:

One of the least "metal-y" tracks on that album, yet one of my favourite ones anyway!
