I'm not really much of a Beatles fan but this is pretty neat. So this was supposed to be the last of the three reworked Beatles tracks that would have been on Anthology 3 that originated from old tapes yoko found of John Lennon (who beat his wife) that the rest of the band reconstructed. Now and Then however was abandoned then because the technology wasn't there yet to isolate John's vocals from the piano on his demo. So during the production of Peter Jackson's Get Back documentary, they figured they'd give it a shot now using AI technology. They still had George's guitar parts from the 1995 attempt which is good since he's dead and they put this together now, so it's officially the last Beatles track.
Track is neat tho ending it on A Minor is kinda questionable and dour. Should have done an E minor for its hopefulness

!strayans, remember Pauline Pantsdown?
This beat is a banger. But 25 years later, we're still not ready to admit that Pauline was maybe just the teensiest bit right.
For non-Strayans, Pauline Hanson is a right wing politicians who burst onto the federal political scene in the late 90s on a platform of stopping Asian immigration and special programs for aborigines. Since then, she's diversified into general rightoidism. "Pauline Pantsdown" is the stage name of a shitlib drag queen, activist, and university lecturer who was popular back in the day.
