In our first ever summer (since like 1994 I think) without any sort of E3 being a thing at all (after a previous few years where there was no E3 by it was still theoretically existing), we have yet another edition of its essential replacement! 
What does that fat frick Geoff have in store for us? Probably more slop than not, but who knows? Perhaps there is more than one Le hidden gem out here..and we will find out together!

In reality the real problem is that they put some cool armor 
that was heavily advertised behind 
a mission 
that only the hardcore no-life g*mers would 
bother doing, and the beta solo players always use social 
anxiety 
as their scapegoat instead of admitting they just don't want to use a mic to communicate to randoms while doing an r-slured 
puzzle. 
I don't know if you, dear viewer, have played destiny 2 endgame but it 90% revolves around you doing OBNOXIOUS puzzles 
cooked up in your average computer 
scientists goon sessions/math bowls. They mostly involve you standing 
around on a plate 
and yelling 
"TRIANGLE" 
at the top of your lungs over the mexican's mic feedback as their mom screams at them in spanish

Doom Dark Ages is scheduled for release next year. Judging from the trailer, what are your impressions? Are you excited?
I personally don't mind more Doom, but Eternal had some issues and based off the presentation alone one can see that they are leering more into that fantasy angle which they started exploring in Eternal, and I don't really like that. Which is not to say that anyone cares about the story in these games, but it kind of killed the atmosphere for me. I much preferred the industrial corridors and heck of 2016 as it was more akin to the original games and it made the few levels which were different in presentation stand out more. But I guess you can't milk 3 games from that same formula

Looks like a controversial storyline.
2001 is recent enough too have decent tech in it.
They have improved the HUD and player movements.
Zombies mode looks good too.
Campaign sounds good.
They got the illuminati in the game.
Graphics look good.
The only possible downside from what @gigachad_brony see:
They need too have proper battle and war scenes. The last half too one decade of CoD's seem too be missing those.
MW original trilogy had scenes that actually felt like you were in a war zone part of a greater conflict.
Same for the first mission from Advanced warfare.
The newest MW games didn't have the same large scale battle feel too them at all.
Hopefully the newest Black Ops will return too good graphics combined with large scale battles on screen.
Putting @gigachad_brony's bets on CoD Black Ops 6 being the best selling game of the year.
