Ergo Proxy is one of the few interesting animes. There's no happy-go-lucky dweeb character for teh humor. There's no "I'm totes going to solve all the problems and will." It's soul-crushing and dismal, which makes it a great sci-fi. The world building is fun too.

It does have some episodes that drag on for too long, but I'll take that over alllll the shlock as seen in the top 100 rated animoos.

That main female character looks terrible without the eye shadow :marseyyikes:

Nah, way too slow and pointless. I've tried it twice, but couldn't finish it. Or maybe I did the second time and forgot because I kept falling asleep through it.

I didn't care for the weird little girl in the mask or the boring guy in the yellow clothes who walks around constantly. Nothing about them drew interest, and their goals which I think were important didn't seem so given their lack of urgency throughout the series. And the guy needed an arm, okay, but really that's it? :marseysleep:
