My first piece of evidence: look carefully at who enjoys the encounter the most, it’s Casca. She is the one moaning throughout the scene.

Secondly: pay attention to Griffith/Femto’s reaction during this scene: he’s not paying any attention to Casca, instead, he looks right at Guts, as if pleadingly asking his old comrade for help

Thirdly: who ever went r-slurred after being r*ped? My guess is that Casca went potato for 3 years (or however long it’s been since Golden Age in canon), to avoid the responsibility of how brutally she sexually assaulted Griffith, which is the real reason he was reborn as Femto

Fourthly: Guts is stupid as shit, do you think he could actually process the situation in a decent way? No, instead, he goes around Midland, slaughtering Apostles (ok, fair. They’re peepeeheads.) and telling Rickert and Godot and the rest that Griffith r*ped Casca, and murdered the Band of the Hawk.

Clearly, due to his lack of intelligence, Guts is an unreliable narrator, as it was the Apostles who r*ped and devoured the Hawks. Casca r*ped Griffith, and Griffith’s sense of self-worth was destroyed by this event, causing him to fully embrace his Godhand personality as “Femto”, and seethe in his hatred for Guts.
