It's basically naruto but minus the ninjas. A world where special eyeballs control everything. You can only have two so this creates a neat idea for an ability ceiling. Each eye type can mix and match powers for optimal strats. Maybe a teleport eyeball and a wall walking eyeball for maximum flee speed. Maybe explosion eyeball and slowing eyeball so no one can escape the danger. The whole show would be about people stealing eyeballs from each other to get maximum rule of cool effects. Again they can only have two, so you'd have to abandon one of you abilities to get another and maybe store a spare one it in a jar for the black market.

How about you can have two at a time and you can extinguish excess eyes you've plucked to power up your current set, leveling them up to higher states. Make it like Kirby and the crystal shards where each combination has a specific name.
