Read the manga to finish the story, it's competed. It's kind of awkward that there's not enough material left for a second season, maybe only like 6 episodes or so. The author drew the whole ED herself too which is cool.
Shimeji Simulation is great too, though it's very different from Girls' Last Tour.

Just a slice of life anime set in a post-post-post- apocalyptic world. The two characters go through a lot and learn about the past world. The soundtrack is absolutely amazing as well. It ends on a sad note about the beauty of life
