Really cool to see Japan retread this plotline in every single setting imaginable. Bonus points if it's a little self-effacing towards otakus so brainlets can pretend it's biting satire.

They still had a bunch of foids revolving around an impotent main character. NGE is still hot garbage, and it's only remembered because of old waifustrags.
