A high school teen was arrested after he was unable to suppress his sexual desire and went on a 30-minute groping spree on the streets of Fukuoka.
The 17-year-old third-year high school student living in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka, was arrested on suspicion of indecent assault on June 24th. The teen was suspected of touching the breasts of three women, aged 18, 23, and 49, on the streets of Hakata Ward in the early morning of June 23rd. The teen’s groping spree reportedly lasted 30 minutes, starting at 1:24 a.m.
According to the police report, the male student and the three women did not know each other. However, evidence of the crime was shown in the surrounding security cameras. The student admitted to the charges and responded to police interrogation, saying, “There is no doubt that I did it because I could not suppress my sexual desire.”
