I Yayyyy anime so much it's unreal

  • Finished Youjo Senki, probably gonna watch the movie at some point because it was pretty good

  • Watched Jujutsu Kaisen S2. It was really good. I hope Nobara aka best girl survives but I'm probably :marseycope:

  • Decided to start My Instant Kill Ability Makes Me Overpowered. It's better than KageJitsu S2, but nowhere near as good as S1 so far

  • Started Banished From the Hero's Party S2. It continues to be comfy

  • Started Synduality: Noir S2. Hopefully the plot picks up a bit now they've established things and done all the filler episodes in season 1. Getting to see the "Noir swimming" gag again was great

  • Watched the first episode of Metallic Rouge. I have no idea what's going on

  • Started Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy S2. It's ok, just like S1

  • Episode 2 of Solo Leveling came out, and yeah they should've gone with the 2-episode theatrical release on the streaming platforms too, it just doesn't work with a week's gap and the recap felt so unnecessary.

  • Also all of Inferno Cop is on youtube so you should watch it

Started Banished From the Hero's Party S2. It continues to be comfy

Started Synduality: Noir S2.

I am surprised to see another person watching this. It feels like it'd be a great JRPG. Its weirdly comfy with some neat background setup despite being generic at times.

That's because it is. The anime is a tie-in set 20 years after the game, but unlike something like KanColle or Nier, they're putting out the anime first.

That guy from the end of the last season who pilots Bowierabbit is the game's protagonist

From what I can tell its not a JRGP, its a single player looter shooter with RPG elements. I am talking more like Final Fantasy style with parties.

Basically, it can't be shonenshit and it can't be "underage panty quest 3 : tentacle reckoning". Ideally I'd want things with actual artistic merit too and isn't just schlock/sloppa, which seriously limits the list. For instance I love Penguindrum and Lain and believe those have actual artistic merit but I'd never recommend those to a normal person.

I think psycho pass passes (lol) the normie test but I don't know if it's on the level as the other stuff I've listed. It's good but still falls a bit short even if it has some standout moments IE the first episode and the brain machine reveal Probably better then most Peepee Wolf cop dramas though.
