Watched Record of Lodoss War. Similar to Slayers, I think it being an early anime really shows. Still, knowing it was an actual D&D campaign made it more fun because I could definitely see the players' choices in how each character acted.

Gonna start Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress next.

If you're not watching Shangri-la Frontier already, it's two episodes into a beautifully animated fight between the main party and a boss, and it's been really good the entire way through. IDK if they'll finish it next episode or if it'll take 2, but it's so good.

Solo Leveling continues apace, I think they've really done well to hit the various beats at the right time. It's neat being a mangachad instead of an anime-only or after-reader.

The Fire Hunter must be having serious budget issues, this episode had a 10 second piece of dialogue that was just a picture of the character's face, zero animation.

Mashle's last episode was fantastic. It's reaching "Helck is a gag manga" levels.

Also picked up The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic which is nothing spectacular but it's fine.

It's not exactly special, but for a D&D campaign in the 80s it's pretty standard.
