His brother is still in deep denial about his p-do brother even despite the fact that he was already arrested for being a p-do not once, not twice, but apparently, THREE times!

Hello my name is Lucas Box . I am the brother of Joshua Glen Box. You all know him as the noseless p-dophile (), I am here to set the record straight. ( )

Me and my brother were hanging out at the bar. He told me he had something to show me on his computer. We took a cab to his place, and he went onto his computer.

We were shocked to discover the disturbing photos and images. I did not view any of them, but the files names described disturbing s*x act being performed on children. I asked him how they got on his computer and he insisted that he did not put them there. I told him I could help him , we could fight the charges and clear his name. He responded that they're was nothing I could do and that his life was over. He reached under the desk, pulled out a gun, and shot himself in the face.

Quickly I called 911 and got an ambulance. Unfortunately () the police saw the contents of my brother's computer and arrested him. The next day he woke up and screamed when he saw his face and found out what he was being charged with. I stepped into the room, and tried to reassure him, but he demanded me to leave.

We have not spoken since the incident. () I understand why he is feeling bitter. I just wanted all of you to know the truth. Thank you for reading. I you have any question please ask.

His second arrest for child porn was back in June of this year. Did you talk with him before then or have you since he was caught again in June?

He must have known there was an investigation going on (a two second google search reveals as much, as does some of your wording...) why would you even be talking about "fighting the charges" otherwise?

Turns out that his brother conveniently leaves out the fact that Box was already previously arrested for the same crime a few years before he chopped off his nose:

He had a previous offense of this.

"After an examination of his computer and electronic devices, authorities found around 2,500 images and 450 videos of child porn, an arrest warrant said. He was convicted in August 2015 and became a level 2 s*x offender, a category meaning he may re-offend."

That's from his first offense.

So the screen had nothing but folder/folders opened with the names of the files viewable? You couldn't see images or videos, yet the police showed up to investigate a suicide and they just so happened to see the file names on the screen?

They wouldn't have had any legal right to go through the computer without a warrant, which takes time. They can't just snoop through it. And there really wouldn't even be a need to go through the computer at all. The first priority would've been to interview the witness.

And even if they got a warrant that night, they wouldn't immediately charge him because A. they would need to prove that it was his computer and B. that he downloaded the files.

They aren't going to charge him in less than 24 hours. There would be an investigation. They would wait until he woke up and ask to interview him. It makes no sense to charge someone without gathering as much evidence as possible. You want the offender to admit to downloading the files.

And now this case gets even more nooticy, someone who claims to be a victim of Box arrives in the thread with some trvthpills:

First off, I want to say words can't begin to describe my empathy for you. I can't imagine how much trauma and pain this noseless monster has done to you, and I hope you receive nothing but love and care from those closest to you.

With all that said, if you know by chance, any details or explanation on why he shot himself?

He didn't want to go to jail so he tried killing himself. That was the first time. His injuries were too great so they never put him in jail the first time. He stayed at home under house arrest per say. This is when he found me and he told me he got kicked in the face by a horse. I didn't know his past until later. Then he ended up reoffending and tried to kill himself but not with a gun. Now he's in prison because they raided his computer. Thank you for the condolences

I do have a document showing that I had to go speak with the FBI during the investigation. I just won't post that on here being I am a victim and would like to stay protected. He isn't his brother that's all im gonna say. Believe me or not
