There are several countries where the birth rate has declined below replacement as people don't have kids until they're too old because they're pursuing other objectives with the goal of making money. On the other hand, there are countries like the US where the rise of incels has destroyed the fabric of society.

Governments across the world need to come together and implement the obvious solution. Fly in young women to be impregnated and then head home. The women will get paid by the receiving country's government so they don't need to worry about careers etc. And incels will en mass realize kitty really isn't that great and become productive members of society.
