probably because everyone who uses metric says km/h not kph, he is just an american larping so he just replaced mph->kph

Part of it is that they don't want you to slow to 3 kph & haul out a SAM or RPG and fire it at an aircraft.

youd have to hit the gas and break constantly to go 3kph lol they coast at >5km/hr
