Hmmmmm...
I'll give him credit though. This is the first time I've ever had anyone show the actual text of what in Project 2025 they're talking about. And this part is disturbing. It really does say to outlaw all porn and force telecommunications companies to keep it off the internet. I doubt anyone will be able to get that passed in this century, even in a dictatorship.
