It was an AR at 150 meters, like it can do that, but he rapid fired i read 8 times, I'm curious how easy that shot is. Like it can do it up almost 600 by manufacturer, but I'm guessing the spray pattern spreads pretty wide past 100.

The AR platform has a buffer system that reduces recoil by 80%, combine with the AR-15 (most popular model) using the low recoil 5.56x45mm cartridge and the shooter firing from a prone position, not hitting once is downright impressive.

Ya in skilled hands it could be done, but that distance, that rifle, that context, he likely rushed knowing counter snipers were just a matter of time, and he just didn't have the training.
