Can this be implemented / has this been implemented in such a fashion that we can arbitrarily add usernames without having to have a message in the inbox?

I would love to be able to receive a list of The Usual Suspects from people I trust, and drop the usernames into the /dev/null route list, if you get the idea, there.

Evey subreddit is an independent, third-party organization at arm's-length from Reddit the corporation.

If they want to disallow certain, specific content, you will need to bring that up to the modmail of the subreddit in question; neither reddit inc. nor those of us out here who aren't moderators of the subreddit(s) in question, know why they do.

If they want to ban users posting certain, specific content, they are allowed to do so, and I've never once seen Reddit unban someone from a subreddit or tell a subreddit they cannot ban a user account.
