I'm kinda joking - but then again, I have an ADHD symptom that causes me to pass out against my will if I'm too under-stimulated.

It's a real thing that isn't narcolepsy but kinda looks like it, and it's why I HAVE to have a podcast on when driving (and I HAVE to doodle in classes/meetings).
