Until arrested and put on trial for a crime committed in connection with the activity, all three are indistinguishable from the outside. Paid trolls behave like 13 YO trolls, political operatives throw whatever might stick, etc

For all 3 are indeed connected in one big cultural core: post-truth. Making so there is zero trust and zero verifiability by exhaustion makes people less likely to research and more prone to take info that is comfortable.
