A conservative group is placing ballot-sized official-looking return envelopes in people's mailboxes.

The envelopes are addressed to The Presidential Coalition in Washington DC, run by former Trump deputy campaign manager David Bossie.

The description in the Reddit post is that it doesn't claim to be for anything in particular. It's merely a return envelope. If it was shipped and arrived in the mailbox by USPS, there'd be an absolute uphill battle to prove malfeasance. It would be a perfect ratfrick.
