Yep, Vol II is a compilation of publicly available tweets, facebook pages, and truth social posts, most of which document Trump claiming he won the 2020 election, that there was vote fraud (esp in Arizona), he had evidence, & showing off the Jan 6 crowd, "This is Democracy"

All of that would likely go towards supporting an argument that Trump was rejecting / interfering with the lawful election and using a riot (Jan 6 mob, aka the Brooks Brothers Riot The Sequel) to seize power
