Volume 4 has several copies of a Budget and Agenda for someone, Jan4-Jan6 2021, which details "donations" to several entities for assisting in Jan6, including Turning Point USA & a Republican Attorneys General association. Millions of dollars' worth. Specified that donations were paid Dec 28 2020

it also seems that someone in the Trump campaign was relying on Laurence Tribe's analysis / analyses of how Trump could win, and/or the prosecution was. In the first 300 pages of Vol 4, there's only 4(?) bits unredacted & 2 of them mention Laurence Tribe

But it gets meaty at page 355, where we get a lightly redacted report on prohibited political activity

Apparently the Trump admin's Head of the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy engaged in electioneering for Trump while acting in his official capacity as a government employee

Seems like they may be making a case that the Trump admin used government employees in 2020 to electioneer against Biden to attack him as a Chinese Communist puppet and to leverage the Covid pandemic in that effort.
