The budget says that it budgets for security for a "group" of 10-15 people. The agenda shows that the person(s) flew (or planned to fly) from Lakeland airport in Florida to Georgia on Jan 4 to rally there with Trump, then to DC on Jan 5 to rally, then back to Lakeland on Jan 6

The darning part there is a notation on one of the copies that reads "we pay our own way", which implies that the remainder of the payments are on behalf of someone else, which implies Fancelli is laundering these payments
