I've been harassed & threatened for 5 years.

My advice is: Remain as anonymous as possible; Have a published set of criteria for inclusion on the blocklist (i.e. "must say that: vaccines cause autism; don't work; are worse than the diseases they prevent; have trackers; …")

BlueSky has a capability of running Labeling Services, which can both label accounts & publish blocklists; people who subscribe to the labeler can send anonymous reports to the labeling service, which can be handled by staff. You might want that.

One of the benefits of the labeler service is that it can protect the identity of the people doing the volunteer work, and the people reporting, which is an important consideration.

But as far as I know, there's not a "rent an AWS instance & install this image" howto guide
