Sadly, a random-recheck won't affect many disposables, which act simply as a private relay (cough apple cough) to an established and monitored email inbox.

Yep. Have to use all the techniques just in case they work, and to keep the Bad Actor from deducing that they've overcome Technique Y but not Technique Z
