Blocklist Appeals Process

To appeal listings on blocklists I maintain, write an email to the current blocklist email address.

Appeals must be in good faith and formatted as follows:

Subject Line MUST be "BlueSky Blocklist Appeal". All email sent to current appeals address that does not have that exact Subject Line will be routed to Trash, No Exceptions.

Body of email MUST NOT CONTAIN ATTACHMENTS. All email containing attachments will be routed to Trash, No Exceptions.

Body of Email MUST contain these FIVE elements:

Account being appealed;

List account appears on;

An explanation in "your own words" of how the account was listed;

An actual apology;

An explanation of the amends made for harm caused.

Emails lacking these FIVE elements will be routed to Trash.

Appeal emails MUST NOT originate from an email address hosted on a spamhost, institutional org that promotes hatred or harassment, or which would otherwise be nullrouted by reputable email hosting.

Emails MUST NOT contain Non-Latin characters (i.e, Cyrillic Latin-lookalikes, emoji, Unicode math)
