Reminder that Durov / Telegram were charged with crimes on the basis that they had both the means and the opportunity to know that the platform was being used for crimes, specifically because they accepted & ran advertisements on channels hosting crime

"We don't have the means or opportunity to know that the service is being used to host crime" isn't acceptable when your business model is "We know full well what's being hosted on the service", and every UCHISP knows it.
