ThinkPad tech support was/is based out of Atlanta. Any time we'd have to call in for service we'd get Demarius or Bonequeefa picking up the phone and they were typically better than Indians believe it or not.

Delta is based out of Atlanta and is exactly the same. You immediately get some obviously black woman with a southern accent and she always just fixes the problem immediately.

Last year I was trying to pay for a flight in miles and it didn't work. I called them up and got one and she said "its about 50% higher on my end, how much does it say on yours?" Then just typed in the price I told her and gave me the confirmation number.
