When I need help then sometimes I turn towards Goetic Demons, to choose and know when a Goetic demon is wanting to work with you, then it's best to open your mind and look for an intuitive sense if you are drawn to any. Now one mistake people make when working with Goetic Demons is that they use the ritual described in the Ars Goetia, don't! It's just likely to piss demons off, and considering that there are pages that are lost in the Vatican, and it's an incomplete method, they can break through. Don't use circles, don't use binding, it's more likely to piss them off, because it shows a lack of trust in them.

As Magick is primarily Will + Intention, then it's a lot easier to use Meditation, Prayer and enn chants to invoke. A little thing about enn chants, is that they are most likely bullshit, but they work because Magick is Will +Intention. After a few minutes you'll start to feel a sort of energy, people channel in different ways, for me it is intuition + energy.
