I relapsed on my gooning :marseycoomer2: addiction.

Due to a recent injury I have more free time than usual. I have been using that free time to goon. This is my rock bottom, and even at my weakest I am still living :marseyzombie2: a better :marseysaulgoodman: life than most people. A wagie :marseywaiter: who had to carry such a gooning :marseycoomer2: struggle would :marseywood: likely be crushed :marseybrainlet: under  the weight, but my lack of bills and responsibility allow me to bear it quite easily.

I would :marseymid: like to announce that we have a new ally. He is a friend :marseychinchilla2: of all ghosts. He will reveal himself :marseytedbackstab: when he is ready.

Surgical Log: Dr. Garry Chess Removes a Gigantic Soren from the Lower Intestine

Date: April 30, 2024

Patient: Mr. @UncleAbortion

Procedure: Soren Excision

Surgeon: Dr. Garry Chess

Assistant: Nurse @Patsy

Preoperative Notes:

Mr. @UncleAbortion, a 45-year-old male, presented with severe abdominal pain, bloating, and intermittent fever. Imaging revealed a massive mass in the lower intestine, which we have affectionately named Soren. The patient consented to surgery after discussing the risks and benefits.

Operating Room Setup:

The sterile field was meticulously prepared by Dr. Chess and Nurse @Patsy

Incision and Exploration:

1. Dr. Chess made a midline incision from the umbilicus down to the pubic bone. The abdominal cavity opened, revealing the distended intestines.

2. "Nurse, retract," Dr. Chess instructed, as Nurse @Patsy held the edges of the incision apart.

3. The sight was astonishing. Soren, a bulbous, pulsating mass, occupied most of the lower ileum. Its surface resembled a gnarled tree root, with veins snaking across its mottled skin.

4. "We're dealing with a giant here," Dr. Chess muttered, adjusting his surgical loupes.

Dissection and Extraction:

1. Dr. Chess carefully dissected the surrounding tissue, avoiding vital structures. Soren had infiltrated the intestinal wall, adhering to nearby loops.

2. "Scalpel," he requested, and Nurse @Patsy handed it over. Dr. Chess worked methodically, separating the mass from healthy tissue.

3. The room hummed with tension. Soren resisted, clinging stubbornly to its host. Dr. Chess's hands trembled slightly as he cut deeper.

4. "Forceps," he said, and Nurse @Patsy passed the instrument. With gentle precision, Dr. Chess grasped Soren's bulbous, rooted base and pulled.

5. The room seemed to hold its breath as the mass emerged—a grotesque, writhing thing. Dr. Chess's brow furrowed; he'd never seen anything like it.

Closure:

1. After excising Soren completely, Dr. Chess repaired the intestinal wall with absorbable sutures.

2. "We'll send this specimen to pathology," he said, wiping sweat from his forehead. "I want answers."

3. Nurse @Patsy nodded, her eyes wide. "What do you think it is, Doctor?"

4. Dr. Chess shrugged. "A mutant tapeworm? Alien parasite? Who knows. But it won't bother Mr. @UncleAbortion anymore."

5. The incision closed, and the room exhaled. Dr. Chess removed his gloves, feeling both relief and curiosity.

Postoperative Notes:

Mr. @UncleAbortion recovered well, relieved of his pain. Soren now rests in a sterile container, awaiting analysis.
