Soulshine Wildlife Center was contacted about a fawn who was found near its deceased mother on the side of the road. The video was taken once he was placed in the vehicle, and his bleats sounded so much like he was saying 'ma', I wanted to record it! Education is so important in this field and I enjoy showing people nature and what we experience as Wildlife Rehabilitators. The fawn, now called 'Nibbler', is in rehab with other orphaned fawns. He was quite thin at intake, but has a great appetite! He will be released back to the wild with the rest of the herd within the next couple of months
