Looked at a few other videos on that IG. That is a very poorly socialized cat. Likely not feral, but almost certainly separated from its mother and litter way too soon. That cat is going to be a nightmare.
My 2 cats were feral kittens (not sure what happened to mom bc a friend found them) and they acted exactly like this when we bottle-fed them. One of them turned out completely fine but the other one never grew out of a lot of the feral bx. It might be bc they are snowshoes and that's just kinda how the breed is but Lyla reminds me of my cat.
