She was in pretty shitty shape but she made it. She is super affectionate and just follows me and my dog around mostly
Well some other cat came inside and found her and knocked her up. I actually caught him sneaking up the stairs from outside and then he would just hang outside a window and stare at her for weeks
pretty amazing how well she could move yesterday with 5-6 kittens inside her
She went into labor right after work and by the time I went to bed she had popped out one kitty and seemed to be doing well. look at that pride on her face 
woke up this morning and there were many more. I think it's 5 total

Favorite cat I ever had was a male tuxedo cat (looked a lot like yours).
It was a similar thing, got him out of a bad situation, fixed him up and we just completely bonded.
Every day when I came home from work he would be at the door waiting.
He'd follow me around until I sat down and then jump up on my lap, sit down and pur. At night would cuddle up in bed and stuff.
Just super affectionate and cute. Great cat.
