It's amusing how my previous BIPOC foid chinchilla loved randomly digging too while the moids I had preferred lazing around and jumping on my thigh because they knew I would feed them treats when they climbed on me 
maybe chinchillas have some matriarchal where the females forage for food 
I'm gonna miss them so much when I'm in Bangkok next weekend
