Oh nice. Rumor has it a lot of the franchisees import foreign workers from India on temp visas and once they're here they take their passports away and turn them into de facto slave labour.

Also the tims I used to go to was on Bovaird, not Mayfield. The one that was next to what used to be a Pioneer gas station, just north of Flapjacks restaurant. I bet most of that shit isn't there anymore and has been converted to punjabi restaurants or sikh temples.

That's not a rumor, that's a fact. They get hoodwinked by immigration agents into becoming "students" and they're promised a job alongside.
