Can bears ever be truly "tamed"? People always say you can never really tame an animal that hasn't been domesticated by humans for millennia already, even when raised completely in captivity and around humans.

I think you can if you raise them from birth. Problem is they can kill if you make the wrong move so not safe even if tame.
