This is my last glowlight tetra, he outlived all the others and is the biggest fish in the tank now.
That's a pellet for the shrimp he's eating. I'm surprised he doesn't eat the grown shrimp tbh.

Grown shrimp are too much trouble so long as the fish are regularly fed. They will still eat the baby shrimp though so you need to either have a huge breeding population or areas in your tank that aren't easily accessible to the fish.
