The licensure issue I am actually curious about. Assuming he actually did run some sort of animal rehabilitation center with roughly 300 animals, and this was a legally recognized non-profit, I have to imagine at a certain point that he would require proper licensure to not just keep that many animals and act as a non-profit, but also to take in animals that normally can't be domesticated like squirrels.
