Well. I like to think mathematically with the issue when it feels overwhelming.
Usually, a person gets one cat or two.
I took on 6 at a time. One died, but he stays with us, if that makes sense. Anyway, we added 5 to the long-term establisbed two. Thats going past multiplying into exponential growth, thus, it is mathematically understandable that this stuff is likely to have lots of stumbling and sick cats involved. I'm sad that I will likely need to repurchase a home, down the road, for extra rooms. I'd purchased with a child or two in mind, not pets...
