scanners are a blight on society

yes i have spent about 7 hoirs todau trying to get my work scanner to show up on everyones computer and not cause windows to crash when you attempt to scan anything.

Scanning documents is a pain in the butt and basically unnecessary given that everybody's carrying around a multi-megapixel camera all the time and can easily convert a jpeg to a pdf with some basic tools
